Is urgently looking for:
RETAIL STAFF
JOB FUNCTION:
- To sell the merchandise as well as provide customer service to walk-in customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet KPI targets set by the department.
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
- Ensures that existing Company Rules and Regulation, Core Values, Safety and Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at all times.
- Participate in company productivity programs such as SGA and QCC.
- Observe / conducts cleanliness and 5S housekeeping in the workplace in compliance to the Health and Safety Standards set by the company.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in AB- liberal arts and commerce major in communication & marketing or related course.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in cashiering
- Effective communication with interface & customer
- Developing Strategic relationship and strategic decision making.
- Willing to work during weekend and holidays
