Would you happen to be a driven and dynamic project manager with a passion for leading teams and delivering successful projects?
Right now Valhalla is looking for an Agile Project Manager
We would love to work with you and your expertise on (Required):
- Agile tools (Jira, Trello, etc)
- Software testing tools and techniques.
- Project management tools and frameworks.
- Leadership and facilitation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Managing multiple priorities with a strong stakeholder management abilities
Perhaps you might also have expertise with some of these (Bonus skills):
- Experience managing freelance and small projects.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
You’ll be earning Php 40,000 – 60,000 (depending on experience)
Basically, we’ll be working on these responsibilities:
Scrum Master (30%)
- Guide the team on Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments to the team’s progress.
- Foster a collaborative environment and ensure team alignment.
General Project Management (40%)
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
- Manage product backlogs and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Prioritize tickets for each sprint based on project goals and team capacity.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Maintain project plans and track milestones.
- Address project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Freelance Projects (30%)
- Manage one-time small projects effectively.
- Handle client requests and ensure timely communication.
- Provide clients with cost estimates and manage requests accordingly.
- Coordinate with freelancers, assign tasks, and obtain quotes for projects.
- Oversee vendor management to ensure smooth task execution and delivery.
