BACKLINK BUILDER
Type: Full Time (5 hours overlap with UK timezone)
Location: Remote
Compensation:
Year 1: $14,400 / year ($1200/month)
Year 2: $24,000 / year ($2000/month)
Bonus: upon hitting sales targets $100-200/month

Your Mission:
You’ll be tasked with building high-impact backlinks that boost our SEO rankings and drive inbound leads. In parallel, you’ll be expected to develop and optimize scalable backlink strategies that grow Parcel Tracker’s digital footprint.
- Research and test backlink-building strategies that work across our core verticals.
- Source high-quality backlink leads, create outreach campaigns, launch and track performance.
- Use tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, and Pitchbox to streamline link prospecting and management.
- Build and document SOPs to improve efficiency and make backlink building repeatable.
- Collaborate with the content and growth team to align backlink campaigns with SEO and inbound goals.
Both senior and junior SEO experts will be accepted. More senior ones will be allowed to work more independently and junior ones will receive coaching, and learn on the job.

- Exceptional communication skills, both on the phone and in writing. You NEED to be a native English speaker
